I'm a breastfeeding mom n my child is 5 months old. want to know about contraceptive pills or any other way to pause pregnancy for 1 year. Is there any side effects for the same.

Some women can face side effects but some do not it depends from person to person so best age to get an injection done which is going to avoid pregnancy for six months and then you can repeat it again after six months so that’s going to be good if you want to pause it for one year that’s the best way to go for
