Q.

I m a breastfeed mom of 10 months baby. Mode of delivery c section. My current weight is 68 kg. Please help me to loose weight 5 kg in month or as much as possible as breastfeeding. I want to lose 10 kg weight total. Please suggest some easy and practically possible ways and diet chart to do so. Thanks in advance πŸ™

A. After delivery, it is common to gain weight, but do not try to follow unhealthy habits to lose it. Include more of fiber and protein rich foods in your diet like dry fruits, oats, beans, broccoli, peas, carrots, green leafy vegetables, eggs, chicken, legumes, etc. and lots of fluids. Limit intake of sugar, rice, potato, fried and packaged foods. Start doing skin toning exercises like squats, brisk walking, jogging, cycling, swimming, breathing and Yogasnas. Drinking warm jeera or lemon water first thing in the morning will help too.
