I'm a 27 years old ,my baby is 8 months old, I live along with my husband only .I had to carry her the whole day .I feel pain in my knees from last 1.5 month .What should I do to get relief from my knee pain

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. at this point as a female there is a possibility that you might be suffering from nutritional deficiency which might be causing such type of pain. please mexet your doctor and get the assessment done for anemia as well as vitamin d and vitamin b12 deficiency. try to take all types of diet made xat home and avoid outside diet
