Q.

I'm 7 weeks pregnant. Having UTI with bacteria present. Doctor prescribed cefixime antibiotic. The medicine got from pharmacy has name omnix 200DT on it. Are both same? Is it safe to use during pregnancy ?

A. yes both are same no problem ok. if there is no relief it is advisable to see the doctor for proper examination if there is need for proper investigations also both for diagnosis and treatment

Q. Hi have already done uti culture and sensitivity test and got uti ecoli bacteria in 3 continues report. Doctor prescribed me niftas for 5 days and then 7 days . Still the bacteria persist and my doctor says ignore the report since u are asymptomatic carrier of uti . So it is correct to ignore?
