Q.

I m 7 weeks 6 days pregnant . In the mrg after wkig up,no mood to eat or drink any thing till evening.Feel like nausea n vomiting. What should I eat then?

A. dear Mom as far as possible drink lime juice and keep smelling lemons, lavander or some fresh fragrance to help with nausea as soon as u wake up. eating dry fruits, nuts, banana, khalta, or some dry foods will help prevent vomiting

A. You ca'have what you like. Not to starve. proper diet is important, Have milk twice or thrice a day. It is a good source of calcium.. Have proper three meals day without skipping. Have more veggies and fruits everyday. Have nuts frequently and nuts milkshake. You may alos have any protein drink.
