SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 2 m old girl4 years agoA. You ca'have what you like. Not to starve. proper diet is important, Have milk twice or thrice a day. It is a good source of calcium.. Have proper three meals day without skipping. Have more veggies and fruits everyday. Have nuts frequently and nuts milkshake. You may alos have any protein drink.
