i m 7 mnth pregnant my baby is weak what to do for proper growth of baby

A. Namaste Mam Have healthy and filling diet as such were in you can have good quality proteins included in your dietary routine in form of dry fruits nuts and seeds also you can have dals legumes such as chana lobia etc sprouts eggs chicken if preferred soya panner milk curds tofu etc
