I m 4 month pregnant. I have headache all most a day long. what should I do

You should consume more of liquid maintain hydration take proper rest do not take stress and anxiety is also one reason sometimes these things can lead to headache also and acidity also cannot eating properly so try to take care of these things if you face the same problem then you need to consult your Gyn once
