I m 36 weeks pregnant suggest the exercises for this time?

A. during 36 weeks only daily walking should be done and no exercising should be done at present after you complete your 38 weeks and start with your 39 weeks you can start doing squats butterfly exercise and other body movements which will help you for normal delivery
