Q.
I'm 35 weeks pregnant with hemoglobin level 9.7 and taking iron supplements.. do I need to opt for IV iron injection.. is it mandatory to take with the above mentioned hemoglobin level.. Baby weight at 32weeks was 1.9kg and I do not have any swelling in legs/dizziness/other conditions.. please suggest.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. 9.7 is less. continue iron supplement and consume iron rich food. it would be good to take iv iron.. fir more information do talk to ur own treating doctor
