Q.

I'm 35 weeks pregnant...Doctor has given me ALAMIN SN injection twice (10 days before and now)and the baby weight before 10 days was 2.3 kg..I want to know what's the purpose of taking ALAMIN injection and Is this a fluid shortage issue..how can I overcome it?
