hi mam, am 10 weeks pregnant, how do I control my sugar levels , since am in the pre diabetic stage 101 before food

A. hi please dont take random suggestions of you arw pre diabetic and also pregnant now seek a qualified dietitian adivse who can help you constantly throughout the pregnancy dont worry
