I m 34 years old. mam mujhe periods aa gye the jaise ki 20 may ko aye the aur 28 mein thik ho gye the. phir dubara mujhe periods aye 6 june ko. aur aaj 14 june ho gaya hai abhi tak thik nhi hue. jyada flow nhi hai. pr roj spotting hoti hai. why this happened. mujhe bhut ghabrahat ho rhi hai. plz suggest me mam
