I'm 33 weeks pregnant and my amniotic fluid is 8cms 1. is it something I need to be worried? fetal movements are good - there's no decrease. 2. can I still continue to walk for 45mins?

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Yes you can continue your walk no problem in that and you should follow the precautions told by your doctor and take your supplements abd eat a healthy nutritious diet and drink enough water
