Q.

I’m 33 weeks 3 days pregnant and wanna know that can baby delivered at this stage is healthy ?

A. I advise uh to atleast complete 34 weeks, if possible, delivery at 33 weeks uh need to take lungs maturing injection betamethasone before hand and also uh need to take 2 to 3 doses of it before uh deliver, by 33 weeks chances of baby survival are high, but uh can stay a week or more it will be more beneficial, and remember before 34 weeks baby will need longer nicu stay

A. You’re actually in your eight months of pregnancy during this time delivery is not considered very healthy unless it’s an emergency C-section due to some of the other complication otherwise it’s best that you deliver in the right time either when you have your natural pain or after completing the nine months whatever is early
