This will help in improving iron. Please follow your gynaecologist guidance which is very important at this stage. Main thing is you need to be calm and relaxed. Take leafy vegetables which are rich in iron.Walk in sunlight in the morning around 8.30 for about half an hour in a day which is natural vitamin.
