I'm 30 week pregnant my blood pressure is 140/80 at the moment how can I decrease it?

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. The diastolic pressure should not increase beyond 90 and that should be at target and 140 systolic blood pressure is still high so as of now kindly reduce the taking salt content.
