drink lots of water.
start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day.
massage with coconut oil twice or thrice a day

I Think you are just getting pigmentation which is sometimes common in pregnancy it would be better that either you consult a skin specialist as of now or go for a proper homoeopathic course of treatment because if you start taking treatment now by the time you deliver probably this issue will be completely sorted
