I’m 30 week pregnant I’m getting dark lines on neck Black dots on breast Darkening of inner thighs What is the reason for this? How to get rid of it ???

eat protein rich diet.
drink lots of water.
start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day.
massage with coconut oil twice or thrice a day

I Think you are just getting pigmentation which is sometimes common in pregnancy it would be better that either you consult a skin specialist as of now or go for a proper homoeopathic course of treatment because if you start taking treatment now by the time you deliver probably this issue will be completely sorted
