I'm 29 yrs old,i had a c-section delivery, now my baby is 13 months old, still my period has not started, can you please give me the suggestions, what should I do?

A. it's ok. have a healthy lifestyle with regular daily walking or jogging along with mild exercise and meditation whenever possible. as medications will only act till you are taking them

A. Hello when you are feeding periods wont occur it is v healthy and normal it will come by itself
