Have a balanced and nutrient rich diet
Also if u r energetic n active then don’t stress upon weight but if u feel weak n lethargic then change or modify your diet
Have protein rich food in lunch breakfast and dinner like paneer, daal, sprouts, eggs, soya, chicken, oats
Eat small and frequent meals
Go for small walks or practice yoga to boost appetite
Include fresh green vegetables, fruits and dry fruits in the diet
Jaggery daliya with milk, banana n milk or eggs helps in weight gain

milk ghee the leafy vegetables and fruit like bananas or u can also give banana milkshakes
