I’m 23 weeks pregnant and I’m underweight. My weight is 40kg since I’m pregnant. I’m very worried for not gaining weight. I’m 22years old. What should I do?

A. Keep eating small meals dry fruits and fresh fruits don’t worry you will gain weight gradually stay cool and calm and be happy have a peaceful mind

A. Hello Have frequent meals like 6 to 7 meals a day for weight gain.. avoid junk foods. Add foods like ghee, almonds. walnuts. egg. anjeer, dates, banana, coconut, til seeds to your recipes for Healthy weight gain
