Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl2 years agoA. hi well, ideally, pregnant lady should gain around 10-12 kg weight throughout the whole pregnancy but if you are not gaining enough weight, I would suggest to take high protine food items take one Banana daily take boiled chickpea or horsegram daily basis
