Q.

I'm 22weeks pregnant, and now facing pregnancy insomnia badly. I could not sleep the whole night daily, even I didn't take nap at day time either. What can I do for proper sleep at night

A. I went to my gynaecologist, and I told her about my severe insomnia problem, she prescribed me Alzolam 0.5 Now, which night I take the medicine, I slept completely and feel so relaxed next morning. But how much time should I take this medicine, and I'm worried about my baby
