A. hi 👋, I don't think it's cause of worry. it can be due to gas. try some home remedies like have Luke warm water and walk for while, u can have pantop dsr. avoid ajwain bcz it's not recommended while pregnancy. other than that if u feel other symptoms like numbness of arms or dizziness or which need attention then seek a physician immediately.
