Q.

I m 14 weeks pregnant and having posterior and lowlying placenta which my dr. informed as risky so in what position I should be sleeping as my left thighs passes current like pains when I sleep try to change my position or try to take get on my left side

A. having low lying placenta you can sleep on eitherside there is no issue in sleeping the care to be taken is to avoid heavy weightlifting or heavy workout and keep a watch on vaginal discharge- if you see any red spot immediately consult with your doctor
