Q.

I hv irregular periods that stays for 10 - 11 days and comes before the date sometimes 4 days before

A. Regular period sometimes can be due to hormonal imbalance or PCOD or PCOS issue so it would be best to check with the gynaecologist to figure out what exactly is the problem they can advise you further with proper treatment on the problem
