I hv 7 month old son..after delivery my skin clr became dark and dull...my weight decrease what should I do..

ExpertDr.Deepinder Kaur DhawanObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly. massage with coconut oil twice a day. bath with raw milk. eat protein rich diet. drink lots of water. walk for half an hour daily

Sowmya MMom of 3 children4 years agoA. hello actually due to hormonal changes it is quite natural the colour will go down a little but so it is said after delivery you have to take very very extra care of yourself that taking good rest intake of food goodness comment everything matters a lot
