I haven't had my menses this month. But I took a pregnancy test and it is negative. Do I need to do another test?

A. If you have missed your periods you can wait for one week more or else you can do a urine pregnancy test to know about the pregnancy result and consult with your doctor according to the result for medication. better do scan

A. u can probably take another test after 45days from last period.
