I have wrist pain and pigmentation on my cheeks ,nose and forehead.would u like to share my routine plan to overcome such problems

A. Hello mama wrist pain can be due to holding the baby for long hours .. Try avoiding that.. Also massage wrist with any warm oil Daily to get relief .. Secondly pigmentation is due to hormonal changes after delivery which normally clears up on its own by one year. also consult skin specialist once
