i have two kids. post pregnancy i had gain weight . i am gaining weight in stomach only.

A. hi if it has been 6 months after delivery ,you can start doing some exercises for this for example abdominal crunches flutter kicks or you can join swimming class for this avoid taking processed oily spicy food. drink warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning.
