Q.
I have twins baby girl and baby boy on 8th Sept 2020 now they are 5 month old so o need to ask which kind of home made food I can give them now we use similac no1 for them

completion of six months is right time for introducing food and water to your child
but no need to give any formula feed to your child
you can give warm dal water moong water or rice starch with small quantity of spices and ghee
you can give properly cooked rice and khichdi
