I have twins babies 1boy and 1girl they r 4yrs old boys weight is 14 kg and girls weight is 12kg what should I give them to gain them weight please suggest me

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi yes ,one of your child weighs low as 12 kg. so , please give Healthy , protine rich diet to your child. give dairy products i.e. milk , curd ,ghee , paneer , etc, soya , Ragi , nuts,dry fruits , etc to your child.
