you can offer variety of homecooked foods and avoid packed, processed and junk foods.
you can give nuts and dried fruits, banana, chikko, milk, milk shakes, paneer, porridge, sheera, upma, poha, pancake, chila, fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables, potato, stuffed roti or paratha, rice and daliya recipes with veggies, egg, chicken and fish if non-vegetarian etc and use ghee in meal preparations.
add small mid-meals after 2 hours and avoid force feeding.

As long as your children is active and healthy, accepting foods, reaching milestones, showing no discomfort symptoms then nothing to worry. Give your children a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated all through the day. Include all food groups in your kids’ diet. Be patient and persistent in your efforts. Good luck and take care.
