Q.

i have twins and breast milk is not sufficient for both, shall i use cow milk for them 5 month old babies

A. If you do not have enough breadtmilk supply, then give any good and reliable formula milk. Do not give cow milk as it is not recommended to feed it for atleast 1 year as it is difficult to digest and may cause indigestion, vomiting and resistance to food. You may want to try Lactogen, Nan Pro or Enfamil Stage 1 till 6 months.
