Hi, my baby is 6 months old nd my breast milk is not sufficient for him.. Should I give him cow milk?

A. Hai good morning !! No untill one year cow/buffalo/packet milk is not suggested for babies because they can't digest animals milk. For increasing breastmilk supply include milk and diary products, rusk, roasted bread, papaya, chikoo, bottle gourd, Poppy seeds, garlic kheema, garlic milk in diet. You can introduce formula milk along with semi solids.
