I have twin sons of 8 years. For the last 8 years they have never been so ill, but this winter both of them are getting very ill. After 15 days he started having cold and fever. please provide any solution

A. hi. .toptotect him from seasonsl infection, you can give him daily warm turneric milk, chavanprash, protien rich food. avoid cold wind and cold climate. a proper hand hygien in important too.
