A 7 year old can have normal regular home made diet
The diet should include whole grains and pulses that is roti, rice, dal, rajma chana chola, sprouts, oats, daliya, soya and soya products and reduce maida and maida made products
Include fresh fruits and vegetables in routine
Avoid giving juices and give whole fruit
Water 1-2 litre per day
Give small and frequent meals
Try to make them eat dinner or any meals along with family rather than they eating alone
