I have twin babies. Saturday we have done 6th week vaccination to both but today 3rd day still having fever 100 and 101. why their's temperature was not become normal. I am giving paracetamol

A. Consult your paediatrician as the fever should subside maximum by the time of three days of the fever doesn’t subside that means it’s not a normal fever maybe it is due to viral or something you have to consult your doctor for a further assessment
