Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 5 m old boy2 years agoA. fever for more than 3 days is not a simple fever and examination is required for the same and you can continue to give the fever medicine like paracetamol and if needed higher medicine like ibugesic.
kindly do body sponged and give fluids at regular interval and meet the doctor immediately
