Q.

I have twin babies and they were 106 days old. They were both formula and breast fed. Now my breast milk is being reduced day by day. I only breast fed them in the morning and evening, it is not sufficient for them now. What can i do for it?? I used Lactare tablet before. Before 2 months I am infected with corona virus, from there the issue started. But before 3 days i have atlest milk for two feeds. What can i do to increase my breast milk???

A. exclusive breastfeeding has to be continued till completion of 6 months of age and you have to drink plenty of water and at least 500 ml milk everyday as well as homemade food from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits daily e as well as you can go for Shatavari ssupplement which will also help in increasing the breast milk formation also take multivitamins iron calcium and Vitamin D along with Folic acid. follow all this steps to increase breast milk formation
