I have twin babies and they still waking up every hour in night..sometimes they feed and sometimes not..it's very frustrating to wake up Everly hour n swing them to sleep again

Pattern and phases would keep on changing they arent temporary, as per the age of the baby they should be given now all family foods, give them a filling dinner, and also now animal milk preferably cows milk as it is similar to mothers milk can be given at bed time
