Q.

I have tried to breastfeed my baby since day 1 but recently my supply has dropped significantly and I m considering switching to formula milk but I m so worried about the nutritional values which my baby will be missing out. What should I opt for? Please suggest me based on experience

A. Please don’t worry. I have myself been through the same thing. Formula milk is completely safe and nutritional. I have read numerous articles on this and consulted many mommies. My baby has been taking it since 6m. He’s achieved all his milestones and is a happy child. I am using enfamil as suggested by my doctor. Nevertheless, if you are still keen on breast milk you could try pumping your breast milk and then feeding it through the bottle.

A. Formula milk is completely safe to be given to the child there are a lot of myths associated with giving formula feeding but trust me it’s completely safe has proper nutritional value to be given to the child so if you want you can start with it as of now and after completing the age of one year if you want you can start with milk or full green packet milk
