Okay so you have to check with your doctor they’ll tell you what medicine are you going to take and what is going to be the dose of the medicine and once you start with thyroid medication it is going to go for long so if you want you can first try taking homeopathic treatment and do basic yoga poses which actually helps a lot in reducing the thyroid levels
