I have taken sumo tablet which contains Nimesulide 100 mg and I want to breastfeed my baby when I can do that ? so that contain does not go to the baby

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician1 week agoA. You can feed the baby don’t worry and if you are doubtful then wait for four to give hours and then feed which might not possible of baby is small so you can feed no problem take good rest for faster recovery

I accidentally took one Sumo tablet (Nimesulide 100 mg + Paracetamol 325 mg) at 3:40 AM today for a severe headache. It was not prescribed to me. I have not breastfed my baby since taking it. I hand-pumped some milk and discarded it now. Is it safe for me to breastfeed now after this single dose? If not, how long should I wait before breastfeeding again? Will this dosage will affect my baby ? If my baby accidentally breastfeeds during this period, what symptoms should I watch for?
