I have taken mifty kit after 10 days of missed period but no bleeding why

A. First of all check if you’re actually pregnant or not and if you’re pregnant, then they should have been a gestational sac and only after that you can take that medication. Please consult a gync because we need to rule out any ectopic pregnancy, which might be a surgical emergency
