Q.
I have started solid food for my baby day time I am giving him cerelac and formula feed as I started working now and apple puree in the evening, he is constipated from two days. as the texture of notion is very tight he is finding it very difficult.

Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 3 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent, this is absolutely normal for babies to suffer from constipation. You can begin with water as well to your baby. As water also helps smooth out bowel movements.
But must boil the water first and bring it to the room temperature. Then give to the baby
