Q.

can I feed steamed and mashed apple as a first solid food to my baby...how much water should be given along with it

A. hello it is advisable to exclusively recipe the baby till the baby complete 6 months and after the baby complete 6 months you can staple start with apple puree and any other semi solid food and liquid base food in the diet which should be good and safe and absolutely nothing to worry about
