You can actually go ahead with mashed potato usually just take some butter but some mashed potato into it add some milk light tone pasteurised milk you cannot and you can prepared by adding a pinch of salt and black paper into it and fruits you don’t have to steam them at all just give it in the form as they exist in the nature you can make a fruit milkshake or any other healthy recipe that you can combine with milk with fruits
