Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent, you should eat good and healthy diet. Include salads and protein in your diet. Take you supplements like iron calcium and vitamin etc but with the doctors permission only. Also eat only green leafy vegetables.
Drink lots of water.
Avoid sugar and maida totally. Avoid munching in between.
Do simple exercises.
