A. Hair fall is most of the time multifactorial. it is very commonly seen during the postpartum period usually in the lactation time. Most important is the requirement of proper nutrition where a diet rich in good amount of protein iron and other micronutrients is important. you can take protein powder and multivitamin supplements for same. Iron and Zinc also plays important role. Other factors could be hormonal disbalance specially thyroid hormone .so can get a test done to rule oucaot. A good care along with maintainance of proper hygiene is also necessary . Use good product specially a mild shampoo with a good conditioner.

A. hello this can be due to harmonal changes and just make sure to use mild hair care products and also have vitamin rich food in the diet and you can try out using Mother sparsh hair care products which is made of natural herbs and very effective to reduce the hairfall problem
