i have seen many pink pappilae on my baby toung for year there is no pain no irritation nothing.....this is normal?

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. the baby is more than 3 years 9 months of age some people on the posterior aspect of the tongue a common if you are saying something abnormal it is better then consult a doctor or post photograph
